HOW TO MAKE RISSOLE
 

Rissole is a food that has the same shape as egg rolls, but a savory taste rissole whereas egg rolls usually have a sweet taste. Rissole does have the same shape, but the difference is the content therein. These foods are typically made separately between the skin and the contents after it merged its contents part way wrapped roll with skin rissole. Besides having tasty and savory flavors, food also has a very crisp texture and is usually combined with cayenne pepper or chilli sauce as an escort. Type of rissole which we will create this time is with the contents of rissole vermicelli. These foods can serve as a snack or as an early breakfast when armed while traveling. Spring Roll ingredients:
 




300 ml water

  

a little salt and flavor enhancer
 

120 gr flour


Material stuffing:

100 gr of vermicelli


1 stalk scallion pods (finely sliced)
1 stalk of celery (finely sliced)

1 teaspoon fine salt
1/2 teaspoon flavor enhancer
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
2 grains of red onion (finely chopped)



How to Make Risoles Content of Vermicelli:
A. Make spring rolls:

Mix the flour and salt together



Pour water into a flour mixture, stirring evenly and slick



 

smeared with a little oil while flattening




Do it the same way until the lumpia dough runs out


B. Make stuffing:


Heat a little oil and saute onion and white until fragrant
Enter all other ingredients while stirring until cooked








Take each one piece of leather and give the ingredients of sufficient content
Roll the risoles to form like a roll of dumplings













Heat oil and fry risoles until brownish yellow, remove the drain









Risoles vermicelli ready to serve
